CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD
Serves 4 as a side dish

2 celery stalks
2 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
½ iceberg lettuce
2 green onion stalks
2-3 cilantro sprigs
1 tsp. roasted sesame seeds
½ cup East-West Oriental Sesame-Soy Dressing

Cook the chicken breasts until done. Allow to cool and shred with your fingers into fine 2” long pieces. Slice the celery stalks, iceberg lettuce, and onion stalks into thin long strips. Finely chop the cilantro sprigs. Combine all the greens together and toss in the chicken breast strips. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over your salad.


Upon serving, you may either mix the East-West Oriental Sesame-Soy Dressing directly into the salad or serve it along the side. Add slivered almonds and mandarin orange slices for an added treat.

* Marinate your favorite fish filets for several hours prior to grilling/broiling.
* Toss with pasta for a quick side dish.
* Marinate asparagus spears prior to grilling for a wonderful vegetable dish.
